How do you track student progress?
Track progress per concept, not per quiz score. Give students a short placement check at the start of a unit, have them practice with quizzes and flashcards on the same concepts, and look at a per-student, per-topic view to see who is stuck and where. When practice runs through one place, you get this picture automatically instead of marking by hand.
A single test score tells you a student got 70 percent. It does not tell you that three students misunderstood the same concept in week two and carried it forward. Concept-level tracking does.
