Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, your new plan will start at the end of your current billing cycle.
How do credits work?
Credits are used for all AI features and file uploads. You receive a monthly allocation based on your plan that resets each month. Additionally, you can earn bonus credits through referrals (50 credits per friend) - these earned credits persist across months and never expire. File uploads cost 1 credits per page. AI features cost between 1-10 credits depending on the feature.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Stripe, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe Link for faster checkout. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoice payment options.
