A. Instrucciones de Retiro

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consecuencias del retiro: Si se retira de este contrato, le reembolsaremos todos los pagos recibidos de usted, incluidos los costos de entrega (excepto los costos adicionales que surjan si eligió un tipo de entrega diferente al tipo de entrega estándar menos costoso que ofrecemos), sin demora indebida y en cualquier caso a más tardar catorce días a partir del día en que se nos informe sobre su decisión de retirarse de este contrato. Expiry of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun to perform the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, you have confirmed your knowledge that by your agreement you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract, including the aforementioned conditions for the premature expiry of the right of withdrawal, on a durable medium.
